1         THE FUNCTION AND THE FEATURE

The function of the machine is to brush melted micro crystal stearic anti-moisture wax for flooring sealing evenly to the edges of flooring to seal the emission of the formaldehyde from the flooring and to protect the flooring from absorbing the humidity from the air. At the same time the wax sealing beautifies the appearance of the flooring edges also. The temperature in the heating tank is kept constant during the working. The upper and lower scratch plates can be adjusted while moving to ensure the evenly distribution of the wax, and to keep the flooring surface to be clean. Immediately after the brushing the flooring can be packed without any waiting time. The extra wax can be recovered and recycled automatically. The machine can be arranged either one lateral with one longitudinal or one lateral with two longitudinal. Only two or three operators are needed for the operation. Variable Frequency Drive is used to guarantee the feeding speed steady and reliable. With lower investment and fast investment return the machine is a good choice for floor producers.
